The CD, The Book and... THE "AMELIA"
Sorry to say this, but fcuk! For 6 months and 17 days, I didn’t buy Plus-44 – When Your Heart Stops Beating album. What an fcuking fan I am. So, just now, I bought the album. And guess what, I get an album that is worth it. It is US version, green in colour; old type cd casing and it contain 12 tracks that are up to Chapter 13 and don’t have Baby Come On Acoustic. How great is that! The one that is common contain 13 tracks that is up to Chapter and bonus track of Baby Come On Acoustic. Yeah! By the way, WYHSB got 3 different colour cover album and they are blue, green and pink. I will be getting the blue common album in the future.
I also get myself a book that cost only $10 and it is called Only Anarchists Are Pretty, a novel by Mick O’Shea. The book or novel is about The Sex Pistols on the starting of the band and everything else that is great to be found out. If you all don’t know who The Sex Pistols is, go check them out. They are a great punk-rock band that almost everyone, or punk-rockers, should know about. I almost bought a book on Franz Ferdinand instead, but I decided that I should buy this because I love punk-rock and I should know and read about The Sex Pistols. Oh yah, I almost bought a book called Guide to Bass Guitar for Dummies but Ivan Lim suggested that I shouldn’t so I didn’t.
Anyway, my JA audition is yesterday right. Well, I think I didn’t do well. I was utterly not good on what they ask me to do. First, I need to play the song of my choice followed by asking me to show the entire G fret and open string and luckily I know. After that, they ask me to play this progression and get the timing correctly which I can’t do at first and then I manage to. Last of all, the ask me to follow the drum and kept saying I can’t follow but they keep forcing me. And finally, I just mix up some shit bass part. Gosh! Please let me in!

I also get myself a book that cost only $10 and it is called Only Anarchists Are Pretty, a novel by Mick O’Shea. The book or novel is about The Sex Pistols on the starting of the band and everything else that is great to be found out. If you all don’t know who The Sex Pistols is, go check them out. They are a great punk-rock band that almost everyone, or punk-rockers, should know about. Muse - Hysteria
Yippee! I can play Hysteria by Muse! But, I can’t play as fast as Chris, bassist of Muse, play. But, I could play the entire note of song. So, yesterday I just knew about that song and I straight away tried to play to it and only today, I can play the whole song.
Am I good or what?! HaHa!

It has been said that the song name had been taken from a massively popular song by the band, Def Leppard, which is also named Hysteria. However, there is no evidence other than the songs' names to substantiate this theory.

It has been a few days since I last type my blog. So, I guess that I should write blog today.
Well, I have gotten back my bass and it’s nice to hold it. The knobs for volumes and tone have been changed and it’s all new. I got a new string and my bridge has been adjusted by the repair man. It feels a little bit different when I’m playing and the tone of my bass seems to be different from last time. Maybe, the tone has been added back because last time I can’t change the tone. I swear I won’t be lending my bass to anyone else, ANYMORE, or it will end up spoiling and all dirty. I just have to say that because I really pity my bass if it is to be DESTROYED by some other people. And oh yah, I want to say thanks to everyone that followed me to take my bass that Friday. Dang! I couldn’t get to see Soy Sauce! Aarrgghh!
Geezz… My Jammerz Arena is in two days time and I will be playing Starlight by Muse. Man, I’m scared. There are two bass guitar players who will be playing Hysteria song by Muse also. What the Heck! I never heard Hysteria song before so I don’t know about that song having a great damn nice bass part. I hope I get to JA!
Hmm… I don’t know what’s up with me lately, but I’m like no mood to be having fun. Most of the times, I would be feeling angry. And yeah, I will hate someone at some point of time. So, please, if you see me not in a good mood, don’t try to make me angry.
Woohoo! We can play DotA in W25E! Yeah! All thanks to Dickson and his Wireless Tweak if not, all this couldn’t be happening. Before going back home, me, Choe, Dickson and Kai were playing 2 VS 2 against each other. I was with Dickson and Choe was with Kai. Man, it was really damn fun. However, during the break, I was freaking scared man! I was playing against Dickson. To tell you all the truth, I was all shaky. That was like my third or fourth time playing 1 against 1 with someone. I was damn scared man. Serious! I can’t want to play again tomorrow!

What’s up people! How are you all doing? Fine, I hope. I’m all fine but not for Mr. Ivan Lim! He’s down with fever and he got sore throat but I think he got TONSILS because he said he can’t eat anything due to pain. Well, all the best to you my best friend. Cure fast so we could spam people Friendster.
So, yeah, me and Ivan Lim have been spamming Humairah Friendster and it was fun because we were SPAMMING to get that HAM. HaHa! But, we didn’t get that HAM. Dang! And Humairah is so darn angry with us for spamming her Friendster. Eh, what the heck, she herself uses her Friendster to talk with her friends, so we were just joining in. Sorry Humairah!
Oh MAN! Seriously, I just saw Paula version 2 or I called Paula V2. She is my cousin friend and she looks like Chinese but actually she isn’t. She’s Malay is it? I’m not that sure but she can sure do speak Malay. Her name is also… Humairah! I can’t believe it at first. I thought my cousin was saying about the “REAL” Humairah that I know and say that “REAL” Humairah looked like Paula. And I went what the heck! They are totally freaking different. No offence there to Humairah or Paula. After my cousin explains everything, and then I believe the Paula V2 does look like Paula, only that Paula V2 is smaller in size than Paula.
Fuck! I’m all hooks up to Helloween, once again! Thanks to sick Mr. Ivan Lim asking me to send Dragonforce songs and then I start listening to metal and stick to Helloween. Well, actually it isn’t that bad to listen to Helloween as I found out that their songs contain a lot of bass solo in the middle of a song and I could train my bass skill playing the bass solo, that is once after I get my bass back this Friday, hopefully. And another thing, I love Helloween because they contains a lot of songs that last ten to fifteen minutes which are damn cool and nice! Check them out people!

Sony Ericson K800
Woohoo! I’m so gonna love my new handphone! I just got K800 Sony Ericson phone from my brother. Man, I just love him! HaHa! My entire phones come from him. He just got himself a new N73 Music Edition phone and so, he gave me his K800. I don’t think I would change my phone for few years already. I really-really wanted this phone that much because of the 3.2 Megapixel Cybershot. I would like to use my Sony Ericson to take pictures due to the high Megapixel and the auto-focus.
My story with N70 has ended and a new story will be started with my K800. I don’t know what the future might hold for this handphone. Will it contain a lot of damage or will it contain a lot of love story? I don’t know!

Once again, I just made a new category and it is called “Record”. In this category, anything that is associates with recording will be post here.
So, I just finished recording When Your Heart Stops Beating using my classical guitar. I used Audacity to record both the guitar parts. However, there isn’t any bass, vocal or drum. Let my strumming expressed the song. Okay, I shouldn’t say that because if you all heard it, then you all might understand. Anyway, it isn’t that bad and it’s only one third of the song. So, download my recording and get ready for your ear to bleed!

I Think I'm In Love With...

What's Up
Woah! What’s up with this week? I meet a lot of my “old” friends. On Wednesday, I met with Mike. Actually, he didn’t saw me at first. I saw this guy wearing a blue polo t-shirt with stripes and it looks familiar. I tried to look properly and I saw it’s Mike! So, I walked towards him and he seems to get a shock. HaHa! And then, what else, we talked for a while. He asked me questions and I asked him questions. It seems that the working at Tampines is a lot better than working at Tuas as at Tampines, they, my old workmate, just have to do testing. Soon, the MRT came and my cousin, Azlifa came, as I was waiting for her and me ad Mike departed. However, at Woodlands, Mike dropped at there and I was guessing why he dropped there. It must be because he is taking bus to go to Tampines.
And today, I met Izzat, my primary school friend and a damn good guitarist. He looks little bit different. He just came back from jamming at Marsiling with his friend. So, we talked inside the MRT like asking about school, band and I even asked him about servicing guitar. We ended our talked at Choa Chu Kang as he needed to get off.
Finally, I sent my bass guitar for service at Guitar 77 at Penisula. It is kind of sad to leave my bass at that place as I won’t be able to hold it for few days as I will be getting back next week, maybe on Thursday. I hope that my bass will turn over to a new and better bass than it ever was. And, thanks to Ivan Lim and Gabriel for accompanying me to service my bass guitar.
Oh, inside the bus, on the way home, there was a lot of fun. And we met Humairah and her friend at Esplanade and we all took the same bus home. Inside the bus, me, Ivan Lim and Gabriel sat at the last row and were we so crazy, especially me and Ivan Lim. We were like head-banging, head-shaking and jelly-dancing? HaHa! We were head-banging to metal songs, head-shaking to punk rock songs and jelly-dancing to Artic Monkey songs. It was so damn funny. And on the way back home, we saw Ivan Chew classmate.

So, we talked inside the MRT like asking about school, band and I even asked him about servicing guitar. We ended our talked at Choa Chu Kang as he needed to get off.
Finally, I sent my bass guitar for service at Guitar 77 at Penisula. It is kind of sad to leave my bass at that place as I won’t be able to hold it for few days as I will be getting back next week, maybe on Thursday. I hope that my bass will turn over to a new and better bass than it ever was. And, thanks to Ivan Lim and Gabriel for accompanying me to service my bass guitar.
Oh, inside the bus, on the way home, there was a lot of fun. And we met Humairah and her friend at Esplanade and we all took the same bus home. Inside the bus, me, Ivan Lim and Gabriel sat at the last row and were we so crazy, especially me and Ivan Lim. We were like head-banging, head-shaking and jelly-dancing? HaHa! We were head-banging to metal songs, head-shaking to punk rock songs and jelly-dancing to Artic Monkey songs. It was so damn funny. And on the way back home, we saw Ivan Chew classmate.

I can say quite an interesting day today. There was a lot of fun in the classroom. There was the acting skit that each group must do about counterproductive or something related to it. Every group is so funny in their own way. And oh yah, Ms. Florence Tan change our group and so we have different people from last few weeks group. During the break two, we all get to watch finished the show Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo. The movie is so hilarious but it’s little bit offensive as there is nudity. And at the end of the day, as for normal, we must do our presentation and it was like a forum where questions keep flying here and there.
So, as I have mentioned yesterday, I have to go for Jammerz Arena audition today. It wasn’t that ad. They asked about what instrument I play, what genre I mostly play, what band song I always play to and will I be ale to play other genre other than punk rock. I also asked some question and they are what is Jammerz Arena is all about and they said that it is where you formed a band with the people and jam. It is like so easy however, they also say that sometimes, they will give last minute call or message to ask us to come down to RP on Saturday and want to know whether we can make it or not. Well, hopefully, I get pass through the audition and I’m in the Jammerz Arena.
And, I’ve started to train my skills by playing some metal song and KISS song. And dang, I can’t play that good and at the same time, I only got three strings so, I can’t really play. I will be fixing my bass by doing some setup at a guitar shop.

Pizza, Anyone?!
Wow! Today is really NICE! W25E ordered pizzas. It isn’t one or two, we ordered four. Mind you all, we all bought Canadian pizza, so with BUY ONE GET ONE FREE; altogether, there are EIGHT pizzas. Isn’t that a lot?! We ordered four Hawaiian, two Italian and two something burger. For the last four pizzas, I’m not that sure. So, we ordered it around 9+ and it came at 12. We go took it from One Stop Center and carry it to lawn hut at level one. If you all don’t understand, its okay, I don’t know how to explain. A lot of people were looking at us because we were carrying eight packets of pizzas. Anyway, we don’t care about them and we started to chunk in! Yeah, it was nice eating with your friends and at the same time, we took photos thanks to Yun camera. But, half-way, after eating two pizzas, I and Carson need to go to the stupid Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) talk. It was totally crap and I shouldn’t have gone for it. Dang!

Okay, while we, me, Paula and Dickson were going home today, we played the Three Headed Game. A game where each person say one word and the next person must continue with another word and it is being continued. So, Paula said my English is totally sucks because I gave words that aren’t in proper way.
Here are two examples:
Paula likes big sausage. (I gave the word sausage when both of them like thinking of banana.)
Paula organism is given to Azely and it is very smelly (I gave the word smelly)
I’m not really that sure but it is something like what I have given the example.
Geezz… I can’t believe I have classmates that are OPEN-MINDED. Nonetheless, all of us use our open-minded brain to make fun with each other.
So, at the MRT, me and Paula departed from Dickson and we talked about relation ship. And YES! Paula is introducing me to her friends that are SINGLE. Yeah! HaHa!

Hmm… I just finished listening to Cobra Starship album entitled, While the City Sleeps, We Rule the Streets. What I can say about them is that there aren’t many songs that are nice. Two songs that I find nice are The Kids Are All F***ed Up and Bring It (Snakes on a Plane). Right now, I’m listening to Get the Girl, a band Carol Heller used to be in. Well, he voice sounds like Gwen Stefani. Anyway, for the last information about Get the Girl, the band comprises of all girls and not a single guy and this makes them unique.
Oh Man! Tomorrow, there will be interview for Jammerz Arena, my Interest Group (IG). I’m scared! I wonder what they will be asking. And after the interview, in two weeks time, we will have audition! Aarrgghh… I’m worried about the audition. I should go train my bass skills.
So, off I go now!

Finally, it seems that Blogger is up and ready to go!
So, the first thing that I really want to talk is about my bass. My bass E string is broke! Should I use the word broke? I don’t know. It is just that it is now gone. I need to buy a new bass string and that’s going to burn around $30+. And, it is including the money that I’m going to pay to fix my volume and tone. Haiz…

Did you all watch the show Deal or No Deal? Oh man, my brother and sister were "crazy" while watching the show. We were hoping that lady will win $1 if she decided to reject the banker’s money. At last, she decided to accept the banker’s money of $11,500. After that, we hope that the case that she have, case number 12, would have $50,000 and not $1. And it turned out to be the true! HaHa! Man, the show has a lot of suspense. You all should watch it next week.
And about today, I’m sorry Paula, for today’s testimonial. I don’t really mean and I’m so sorry!

Plus-44 Demos
Fcuking Yeah! I just downloaded Plus-44 Demo Songs and they are Cliff Diving, Little Death and Make You Smile. All of them are awesome!
Just a brief highlight:
In Cliff Diving, there’s no verse, and Carol sings with Mark in the chorus.
Little Death is completely instrumental.
In Make You Smile, there’s a lot more drumming, alone with some other differences.
Man, I just love Cliff Diving. What so great about it is that there is Carol voice in it! I wished I could hear the whole album with her singing at some parts.
I LOVE CAROL HELLER AND PLUS-44!
And, BIG THANKS to a guy called Epitaphellcat for releasing the demos.

Eat, Eat, Eat
I’m getting fat!! Aarrgghh!! I seriously ate and spent a lot today. I ate 2 pack of bread which consist of 4 triangle shape bread, 1 packet of French fries and 1 packet of Taiwan chicken. Altogether, I spent around $5.50 on all the foods haven’t included the water which cost around $1.50. Dang! I need to exercise to lose all the fats. Ever since the starting of the school, I have been eating a lot. It’s like I will be eating every time. And oh yah, yesterday, I one plate of rice with some other stuff and after that I ate 2 roti prata! Actually, I just ask for 1 roti prata but that Auntie gave 2 instead. ZzZz…
So, I hope I won’t grow fat but at the same time, I hope I would grow a little bit so I don’t look skinny.

So, yesterday was the day. I didn’t have enough time to write what I did because once I reached home, I went to sleep, at around 10pm only. It is like so early!
About the yesterday Sentosa, it wasn’t that fun. It’s because they say meet at 8.30am but most come around 10+. Then, we reached there around 11+ and I only left like for one hour to enjoy which is just bathing. Then, some more, I need leave freaking late at 1.30pm from Sentosa when I need to meet my friends at 2.20pm but get to extend it to 2.40pm. Seriously, it was like a waste of my time.
But luckily, another event made me felt satisfied and didn’t spoil my day. I rushed my way back home and luckily didn’t felt asleep at Jurong East if not I will be so darn late. So, I rushed my way back home, eat medicine, took my bass and hurried my way to Bukit Batok interchange. On the way there, I also saw Austin, Ivan Chew and Jun Hao, is it? I’m not too sure. Anyway, reached at interchange, A.K, Sakinah and my cousin, Ifaa was already there except for Ivan Lim still walking. And so, we took bus 77 to reach the jamming studio. Yeah!
Serious speaking, it was really awkward at some part but I don’t want to say it. We played When Your Heart Stops Beating by +44 and it turn out great except for some part we couldn’t really synchronize. But, it was still good. Thanks A.K.! She was sure good even though it was her first time with us.
And so, that is what I did yesterday. I was really looking forward to both event but eventually, only looked forward to the jamming. It was so damn nice jamming! I wished it could last longer.

Funtastic-Sicko-Effect
Burp! I’m back! Guess what it means when I burp? Well, I am able to eat again. Woohoo! It all thanks to the medicine and my father holy drink. I went to the doctor again to take some throat medicine. But, I guess it’s also due to the holy water with some chant my father did. It is because after I drink the holy water, my throat seems to be alright but there is still some pain left. Nonetheless, it is all okay right now. And yeah, I just finish eating a nice plate of rice with soup, with egg, chicken and I mix in some black sauce. I’m totally bloated right now and my stomach is huge. HaHa!
Anyway, I’m glad my BASS is back! It is back to me after I took it from Hafiz Khan just now with Ivan Lim. Well, it is little bit dirty but I cleaned it off once I reached home. And the touch and sound of it makes me feel damn happy. I’m departed from it like for 3 weeks? You all can’t imagine how hard it is to play bass sound without a bass guitar. And not forgetting, I just got some an “effect” for either guitar or bass. But, I only try on bass. The “effect” that is being made is echo from my father old-old stuff called Hi-Fi Karaoke Mini Echo Chamber. Yes, I know it is for Karaoke but it can be used for my bass. It produces a nice echo effect and I LOVE it!
For the last thing, tomorrow is the day. I will be meeting with the Team 8 members because we will go to Sentosa. I wonder what we will be doing at there and hopefully it is fun. It has been a long time since I went there with my friends. Will we be rolling on the sand? Will we build sand-castle? Or will we just stone at there? I don’t know. And after that it is meeting time and I hope everything will went smoothly and nicely.
